About the role
This role sits between clients and the engineering team. You will turn business goals into an executable plan, keep decisions and dependencies visible and protect delivery quality without adding unnecessary process.
What you’ll do
- Run software projects from early discovery and scope through launch and handover.
- Turn outcomes into clear deliverables, milestones, owners and priorities.
- Maintain concise, candid client communication throughout delivery.
- Track risks, dependencies and scope changes before they affect the plan.
- Coordinate reviews, acceptance and documentation so work closes cleanly.

- Software delivery planning, estimation and scope management
- Requirements gathering and backlog prioritisation
- Confident, concise client and stakeholder communication
- Risk, dependency and change management
- Enough technical fluency to follow and clarify engineering discussions
- Useful documentation, status reporting and meeting facilitation
- Calm organisation, sound judgment and consistent follow-through
