Proposal & scope
A short call, then a written proposal: deliverables, timeline, development rate and maintenance rate. Nothing begins until you've agreed it.
Step 2
Foundations
Environment, architecture and the first working slice of the product: real software from the outset, not diagrams.
Step 3
Build & review cycles
Regular demonstrations of working software. Every line passes senior review; testing and security checks run throughout.
Step 4
Ship & support
Deployment and continuing development use the flat monthly development rate. Once live, monitoring and maintenance continue at a lower monthly rate, with a written report and strategy call each month.
A note on tooling: we build with frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, and switch the moment something better exists. Tooling is a decision we re-make monthly, never an allegiance.
