The commercial brief

One property website, two distinct reasons to make contact.

BriefProject overview

Danzee needed to speak clearly to people looking for contractor and corporate accommodation while also giving landlords and property managers a credible route into the service. The site separates those intentions early, then gives each audience the information and actions it needs.

For guests, the experience foregrounds suitable homes, flexible stays and fast support. For property partners, it explains professional listing and marketing support, targeted distribution, structured booking management, guest vetting, handover coordination and the value of one point of contact.

01Guest-facing discovery

Clear accommodation messaging, featured homes and direct availability prompts help contractors, relocation guests and visiting teams understand the offer without navigating a public booking calendar.

02A dedicated partner proposition

A separate landlord and property-manager path sets out marketing support, targeted channels, booking management, guest vetting, coordinated handovers and one accountable contact.

03Enquiry without friction

WhatsApp click-to-chat, mailto deep links and a structured property form give each visitor a suitable next step from mobile or desktop.

Delivery approach

Turning a two-sided service into one focused enquiry system.

01Separate the two journeys

The information architecture distinguishes accommodation guests from property partners, while keeping both sides within one coherent brand and navigation system.

02Build the responsive interface

Next.js and TypeScript provide the application structure, with Tailwind CSS and shadcn / Radix primitives supporting a consistent mobile-first component system.

03Connect every enquiry route

One-tap WhatsApp and email links support immediate contact, while the landlord form validates structured details and sends submissions to the client from the server.

04Prepare for launch and campaigns

Static rendering, image optimisation, page metadata and search-friendly structure support performance and discovery; Vercel CI/CD, domain and DNS setup complete the production path, and QR codes connect print material back to the site.

Measured delivery

A launch-ready property marketing system delivered in ten days.

The result gives Danzee one digital surface for both sides of its service: guests can discover suitable accommodation and enquire directly, while property partners can understand the management offer and submit structured details for review.

The website, enquiry infrastructure, QR campaign assets and production setup were delivered in ten days for £500, compared with the one-month, £4,000 traditional-agency benchmark recorded for the engagement; that represents a saving of £3,500.
