Careers

We’re growing a deliberately small team of people who think clearly, build carefully and use AI tools with judgment. That includes recent graduates with strong coding fundamentals, experienced engineers who can own technical decisions and project managers who keep ambitious work under control.

What we look for

Ability matters. So does how you use it.

We work quickly, but nothing ships on trust alone. We want people who can use modern tools without outsourcing their judgment, take responsibility for the result and explain their thinking in plain language.

01.

Judgment

AI can produce an answer quickly. We look for people who can test it, spot what is missing and improve it before it reaches a client.

02.

Ownership

Take the work through to a dependable result: ask questions early, surface risks and leave things clearer than you found them.

03.

Clarity

Small teams run on direct communication. Explain trade-offs plainly, keep people informed and say when something is not yet good enough.

04.

Curiosity

Tools and methods change quickly. Strong fundamentals, thoughtful questions and the ability to learn matter more than loyalty to one stack.

05.

Craft

Speed only counts when the result is dependable. Testing, security, usability and maintainability are part of the work, not a final pass.

06.

Evidence

Show us what you have built, improved or delivered. Client work is useful, but personal, university and open-source projects count too.

Open positions

Three roles, open now.

Each role has a different job to do and its own application page. Read the expectations, then tell us where your experience lines up. You do not need to match every line before applying.

01 / EngineeringSenior

Senior Software Engineer

Own technical delivery from the first working slice to production. You will turn briefs into sound architectures, direct AI-assisted implementation and make the final call on engineering quality.

Open role

What you’ll do

  • Turn ambiguous product briefs into clear technical plans and working software.
  • Lead full-stack delivery across interfaces, APIs, data and infrastructure.
  • Direct and review AI-assisted implementation rather than accepting output at face value.
  • Own testing, security, performance and production readiness throughout a build.
  • Explain important decisions clearly to clients and the wider delivery team.

Skills we’re looking for

  • Strong software design and full-stack engineering fundamentals
  • Modern JavaScript or TypeScript and web application architecture
  • API, database and integration design
  • Automated testing, security and performance engineering
  • Production deployment, monitoring and incident diagnosis
  • Code review, technical leadership and developer mentoring
  • Disciplined use of AI development tools, with every output verified

A good application gives us something concrete to discuss; a polished cover letter is not required.

02 / EngineeringEarly career

Developer

Build production software alongside senior engineers across web applications, internal tools and integrations. This role suits a recent graduate or early-career developer with sound fundamentals and the appetite to learn through real delivery.

Open role

What you’ll do

  • Build and refine well-scoped features across client products.
  • Translate requirements and designs into readable, maintainable code.
  • Test your work, investigate defects and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate delivery while checking the result critically.
  • Document decisions and communicate progress, questions and blockers early.

Skills we’re looking for

  • Solid programming fundamentals in JavaScript, TypeScript or a comparable language
  • A working grasp of modern web development and component-based interfaces
  • Fundamentals of APIs, data modelling and relational databases
  • Git, debugging and the basics of automated testing
  • Responsible use of AI coding tools without accepting output uncritically
  • Curiosity, fast learning and willingness to ask good questions
  • Reliable written and verbal communication

A good application gives us something concrete to discuss; a polished cover letter is not required.

03 / Project deliveryExperienced

Project Manager

Keep fast-moving software projects clear and controlled from scope to handover. You will maintain the plan, coordinate the team, run client communication and surface risks before they become surprises.

Open role

What you’ll do

  • Run software projects from early discovery and scope through launch and handover.
  • Turn outcomes into clear deliverables, milestones, owners and priorities.
  • Maintain concise, candid client communication throughout delivery.
  • Track risks, dependencies and scope changes before they affect the plan.
  • Coordinate reviews, acceptance and documentation so work closes cleanly.

Skills we’re looking for

  • Software delivery planning, estimation and scope management
  • Requirements gathering and backlog prioritisation
  • Confident, concise client and stakeholder communication
  • Risk, dependency and change management
  • Enough technical fluency to follow and clarify engineering discussions
  • Useful documentation, status reporting and meeting facilitation
  • Calm organisation, sound judgment and consistent follow-through

A good application gives us something concrete to discuss; a polished cover letter is not required.
