Custom CRM & customer portals

We build custom CRMs, customer and member portals, and the operations, case management and reporting systems behind them. Each one is designed around your workflows, processes and people, so you no longer have to adapt your business to a generic system. Frontier AI does the heavy lifting; senior engineers specify the work and review every line before it reaches you.

What we build

The systems a business runs on, each shaped around the people who use it every day.

Custom CRM

One place for every customer, enquiry and conversation, organised around your sales and service process rather than a vendor's idea of one.

How it works

A written proposal, then a flat monthly rate.

Nothing is built before it's scoped, and nothing ships before it's reviewed.

I

Scope

Every engagement starts with a written proposal: what we'll build, when it lands, and the development and maintenance rates. Agreed before we begin.

II

Build

Frontier models produce at a pace no traditional team can match. Our engineers specify the work, direct it, and shape every output.

III

Assure

Line-by-line senior review, automated and manual testing, security checks. Nothing ships on trust alone.

IV

Support

Deployment and continuing development use a flat monthly rate; once live, monitoring and maintenance move to a lower monthly rate.

Questions

Common questions

Is a custom CRM better than customising HubSpot or Salesforce?

Not always. If HubSpot or Salesforce fits your process with light setup, keeping it is usually cheaper, and we'll say so. A custom CRM earns its cost when you're paying for add-ons and seats to bend a product into shape, when your process is part of what makes the business different, or when the CRM needs to share data with a portal or operations system you also run.

How much does it cost to build a custom CRM?

On the CRMs and business systems we have measured, typical agency quotes were £34,000–£35,000, and we delivered them for £4,000–£5,000. Your price depends on the workflows, the integrations and how sensitive the data is. You get a written proposal with the scope, timeline and monthly rate before any work starts.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope, which is why every engagement starts with a written proposal and timeline. Our measured business systems were delivered in five days to five weeks; the case studies above show the details.

Can it work with the tools we already use?

Yes. We regularly connect new systems to Microsoft 365, payment providers and specialist systems, so you keep what works and replace only what doesn't.

Who owns the software?

You do. You receive the intellectual property rights to the software we build for you.

What happens after launch?

Monitoring, maintenance and fixes continue at a lower monthly rate, with a written report and a strategy call every month.

A rough description is enough to start. We'll come back with a written proposal: what we'll build, when it lands and what it costs.
