One mobile codebase supporting structured, stateful journeys.
The member application combines reusable interface components with shared backend records for content, preferences and live requests.

Dense operational workflows built on the same records.
The web applications turn the Appwrite model into role-specific tools for triage, publishing, partner management and analytics.

A connected service needs its mobile, web and data layers to move together.
BriefProject overview
LiteByte designed and built a native member application, a lifestyle-manager workspace and an operations CRM. Delivering the full estate meant owning the mobile experience, both web applications, the backend services and the integrations between them.
The architecture centres on one Appwrite data model for members, requests, events, partners and performance. Each interface is tailored to a different job, but every update moves through the same operational record instead of being copied between disconnected tools.
01Cross-platform mobile delivery
A TypeScript React Native application provides the iOS and Android surface, including structured onboarding, content discovery, requests and push messaging.
02Purpose-built web applications
Two Next.js platforms turn the shared data into focused tools for request handling, publishing, member management and partner operations.
03Backend and integrations
Appwrite authentication, storage, functions and messaging connect to mapping and Microsoft 365 services behind all three applications.
Building separate interfaces on a shared technical foundation.
01Model the operation
A shared schema connects member preferences, requests, events, partners, communications and performance without duplicating records between products.
02Build for each user context
React Native and Expo power the member application, while two Next.js codebases provide denser operational workflows on the web.
03Connect real-time workflows
Appwrite functions and push messaging carry request updates, published content and targeted notifications across the three surfaces.
04Extend the platform
Leaflet and OpenStreetMap visualise 433 partner businesses, while Microsoft 365 automation sends filtered email and records it against the correct relationship.
The capability to deliver a connected product estate across mobile and web.
Chameleon Access demonstrates the range LiteByte can cover within one build: cross-platform mobile engineering, operational web software, backend architecture, analytics, notifications, mapping and business-system integrations.
That breadth allowed three applications to be delivered around one technical foundation in around five weeks for £5,000, against the £35,000 and six-month traditional-agency benchmark recorded for the engagement.
“The CRM they built completely transformed how we manage clients.”Michael Ochola
